Dow Shackelford
Director of Maintenance / Facility Manager
Dow Shackelford took over Director of Maintenance responsibilities for Hantz Air in 2005. Prior to Hantz Air, Dow worked for Northrup Grumman on the B2 Bomber, as an airline and corporate aviation mechanic. He has over 20 years experience as an Airframe and Powerplant mechanic. Dow and his team are responsible for all Aircraft and Facility Maintenance.
Doug Marcum
Director of Operations
Doug has over 35 years of aviation experience as corporate, airline and survival flight pilot. In addition to chief pilot and director of operations experience, he has negotiated all company and client aircraft sales transactions as well as developed and managed FAR 91/135 flight departments for clients. Doug started the Hantz Air flight department in 2003 and is responsible for the company’s overall performance and day to day operations. He will tell you that Hantz Air's most valuable assets are its' people and Hantz Air is fortunate to have the best in the business.
